Simon Peeters, directeur de l’Enssat, a été invité à Tachkent la semaine dernière pour célébrer le 70e anniversaire de l'Université des technologies de l'information de Tachkent (TUIT), également connue sous le nom de Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. L’Enssat a ouvert un partenariat d’échange avec cette université il y a 2 ans, il permet aux élèves et aussi aux enseignant·es de bénéficier de nouveaux contacts. L’Ouzbékistan est la deuxième économie d’Asie centrale avec une population très jeune qui se tourne de plus en plus vers l'enseignement supérieur.
Cette visite a renforcé nos liens avec cette jeune institution ouzbèke. Par ailleurs, l'université de Rennes participe à la création de l'université franco-ouzbèke inaugurée en mai dernier.
Des collègues de TUIT sont attendus ce moi-ci pour une visite à l’Enssat, ce sera l'occasion de pouvoir échanger et ouvrir de nouveaux projets de collaboration.

Simon Peeters, Enssat' Director, was invited to Tashkent last week to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TUIT), also known as Muhammad al-Khwarizmi University. We established an exchange partnership with this university two years ago, which will enable both students and lecturers to benefit from new connections. Uzbekistan is the second-largest economy in Central Asia, with a very young population that is increasingly turning to higher education.
This visit has strengthened our ties with this young Uzbek institution. Furthermore, the University of Rennes is involved in the creation of the Franco-Uzbek University, which was inaugurated last May.
Colleagues from TUIT are expected to visit Enssat shortly; this will be an opportunity to exchange ideas and launch new collaborative projects.
